When you write to us about a module or ask for details on a course track, we receive the name, email address, and phone number you enter, along with the text of your message. We keep this so we can answer your question and follow up on the specific topic you raised. If you only browse the site, none of these fields are collected.
Our hosting environment logs standard request data: browser type and version, operating system, approximate region, referring page, and the time of each request. This helps us spot broken pages and keep load times reasonable. These logs are not used to build a profile of you as an individual.
We use a small number of cookies to remember your preferences and to measure which course pages are read most often. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though a few conveniences may reset on each visit.
We process your data to reply to enquiries, to improve the structure and clarity of our learning material, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Some tasks are handled by outside providers: web hosting, email delivery, and form processing. They receive only what is needed to perform their part of the work and are bound to handle it confidentially. Where a provider operates outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can refer back if you write again. Analytics records are retained in aggregate form. When the retention period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to certain processing or ask for your data in a portable format. If you are in the EU or California, additional rights apply under the GDPR and CCPA. Write to us and we will respond within the period required by law.
Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of what happened before. To opt out of analytics, adjust your browser or device settings, or contact us directly and we will remove your records from our measurement tools.
We describe our modules and learning outcomes as they are. We do not publish invented testimonials, false endorsements, or claims of guaranteed results, and we do not imply affiliation with organisations we are not connected to. If you spot something on the site that looks misleading, tell us and we will correct it.
